How to enrol:
FOUNDATION ENROLMENT
For foundation entry, you need to apply the year before your child is due to start school.
To start primary school your child will need to turn five years of age by 30 April of the year that they start school. Your child must be at school in the year that they turn six years of age – this is the compulsory school starting age.
OTHER YEAR LEVEL ENROLMENT
General enrolment enquiries for other year levels can be made via contacting us at admin@shsandringham.catholic.edu.au, or alternatively, please email the Principal, Cathy Ferrari at principal@shsandringham.catholic.edu.au
Depending on year level, we have limited places available.
TO APPLY FOR ANY LEVEL, PLEASE COMPLETE ENROLMENT FORMS (FOUND BELOW) AND SUPPLY THE FOLLOWING:
– A copy of your child’s birth certificate
– A copy of your child’s baptism certificate (if applicable)
– A copy of your child’s immunisation certificate
– Payment of a $50 application fee (full EFTPOS facilities are available at the office).
